The house was built by the Cistercian monks in the 15th century to host their most honourable guests. It is listed as a cultural and historic monument with original 15th-century ceilings and vaults preserved in the guest premises. Rooms are furnished with beautiful carved wooden beds and decorated with paintings made mostly by the current owner’s mother, Mrs. Danuše Čechová.
