The Hotel U Jezulátka is located in the historical centre of Prague, the city of a hundred spires, in the Kampa district. Italian masters invited by Emperor Rudolf II to beautify the city with Renaissance and early baroque palaces once lived here. From the windows of your room you have a wonderful view of the River Vltava, which is spanned by the jewel of the Gothic style – Charles Bridge – built in the 14th century under Charles IV, and decorated in the 17th century with a gallery of baroque statues. Your view will take in the historical quarter of Malá Strana (the Lesser Town) where there is an incomparable symbiosis between the baroque splendor of the Church of St. Nicholas and Gothic architecture. The entire panorama is dominated by the world-famous Prague Castle and the Cathedral of St. Vitus.

In the narrow streets of Staré Město (the Old Town) you can relax in one of the charming little cafes or typical Czech pubs offering you their specialties.

Cross Charles Bridge and after a few steps you will find yourself in the mystical environment of the medieval ghetto, which is known for its Gothic Old-New Synagogue and, above all, the Jewish Cemetery, where the legacy of the turbulent history of the Jewish people can still be felt.

Our hotel takes its name from Prague’s world-famous reliquary statue of the Infant Jesus (Jezulátko), which is located near the hotel in the pilgrimage church of the Virgin Mary Victorious. The original 17th-century baroque building has been carefully restored and today offers its guests six comfortably furnished and fully air-conditioned rooms. The rooms contain period-style furniture, plasma-screen TV with satellite, high-speed Internet connection, telephone with direct access, a mini-bar, and a safety deposit box.
