Towards the end of 1992 a private society bought this building and after extensive reparations and reconstructions in mid 1993 it was opened as a stylistic Hotel and restaurant of European standard. Every room in Hotel Orion reaches the European standard and offers own shower and toilet, a TV, mini bar (small fridge with drinks), and a telephone. Some rooms offer as an extra feature a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub.Every room or apartment is considered to be a double room, but most of the rooms have the possibility for one, two, or even 3 extra beds, which makes it very convenient for families with children. The Hotel Orion restaurant has a capacity for 75 persons. It is open daily, and it offers both Czech and International cuisine. The restaurant can be made available for wedding parties, company meetings, -trainings, -dinners, family reunions, buffets, receptions, or any other meetings you can think of. Tennis - As you can see on some pictures Hotel Orion does not only offers nice accommodation, but has also very good conditions for indoor tennis. It is open whole year. On the floor you'll find a granulate carpet. Table tennis and sauna - To relax we also offer table tennis and a sauna. Relaxing in the area - In the area around the Hotel you will find many cycling and hiking trails. The area around Hotel Orion which is in the middle of the forest is really a paradise for hikers, cyclists or winter sport lovers. Downhill's or cross country routes you'll find in Bedrichov which is only 5 Km away from the Hotel. This ski area is especially suitable for beginners and families with children.
